Thank you for your interest in joining an ESOL course. Many ESOL courses in the Birmingham area are currently full.

You can still take the online English test and view a list of ESOL centres.

If you want to join an ESOL class, please contact the centre directly.

ONLINE COURSES with WEA

ONLINE COURSES with The Workers’ Educational Association (WEA).  Multiple courses on offer (September 2025) – enquire to find the days and times to suit you.

  • Online functional skills courses starting at Entry 3 giving learners the opportunity to further develop their skills through to Level 1 and 2.
  • Learners may also move to accredited work-related courses to support their search for work.

To enrol you will need:

  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of address and benefit/proof of wage statement (within the last 3 months)
